Angels in Flight

I see angels as I sleep
Flying over water deep
Crossing the oceans
Deserts now below them
Forests green go by so swiftly
Their wings spread wide over this planet
Keeping watch as we rest
Shining lights to guide us through
The perils of the days and nights
Voices singing as they soar
Through the night sky
Starlight dimmed by their glow
